Thermal Cleaning Plant (TCP) was shipped to the premises of waste management company in Chelyabinsk District.

The equipment is based on the pyrolysis technology. It is manufactured to clean metal products of paintwork and powder paint and to remove oil sludge inside the pipeline. TCP does not affect the integrity of metal products making the reuse possible. The plant’s productive capacity is 3000 kg per cycle. TCP is expected to carry out up to 4 cycles a day.  Operational lifetime is 10 years.

Thermal Cleaning Plant (TCP) requires minimal power consumption. Pyrolysis gases can be used as alternative source of energy for industrial premises heating.
