IPEC supplied TDP-1 plant for the processing of used tires

SIA IPEC had designed and manufactured waste tyre pyrolysis plant with a holding capacity of 100 kg (per hour) of input material. Batch Thermal Decomposition Plant (TDP-1) uses the technology of pyrolysis to thermally decompose old tires into carbon black, liquid fuel, and metal. To satisfy plant’s energy needs pyrolysis gas generated during the plant operation can be used as alternative fuel type.
