IPEC Company manufactured multi-functional complex of TDP-1 pyrolysis plant for a mining and processing enterprise. The complex is intended to process 500 kg of accumulated CAT tires with diameter of more than 2-3 meters per cycle.

Batch Thermal Decomposition Plant (TDP-1) is capable to obtain such marketable products as fuel oil, pyrolysis gas and dry subsoil. Plant can solve the problem with not only accumulated tires but also with the newly generated ones.

IPEC Company considered customer’s requirements: ease of operation and a minimum of human resources involved. New loading device, based on motorized drive, reduces the number of operators from three to one.

Waste treatment complex represents cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution: innovative afterburner equipment utilizes the excessive amount of syngas with no polluting discharge into the atmosphere.
