Innovative TDP-2-800  born inside of SIA IPEC has been successfully tested and put into operation at the sludge pit in Vyngapurovskoye oil and gas field of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District.

TDP-2-800 was designed for the recovery of oil from sludge using low-temperature pyrolysis technology by the order of GAZPROM NEFT.

The processing rate is 1500 kg of drilling waste per hour in continuous mode. The recovery outputs are valuable synthetic liquid fuel and dry residue, where the hydrocarbon content is less than 1%. Fully automatic control mode decreases the personnel involvement, the continuous operation raises the equipment performance, which other industrial methods fails to do.
