SIA IPEC designed and manufactures Batch Thermal Decomposition Plant (TDP-1) dedicated to carbonization of drilling waste at Termokastrovoe gas condensate field in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District for OOO NPP SGT.

The capacity of the plant is up to 100 kg per hour. This pyrolysis plant solved drilling waste disposal challenge processes the oil slime and drilling muds. TDP-1 is capable at handling of critical waste substances, minimal discharge of noxious substances and pollutants and operating requirements.

The recovered heat is used locally. The fuel gas produced in the process is used for the plant operation.
