An exclusive solution of used oil conversion into clean engine fuel of IPEC make at international exhibition of environmental technologies WASMA-2015 on of October, 27 — 29. The equipment consists of two assemblies: pyrolysis plant is designed for feedstock treatment, motor oil production unit for rectification on fractions.

The equipment is designed as a pilot-scale facility in accordance with international quality standards by the order of the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan, JSC Scientific Technical Center Parasat. At the end of the event, the facility will be supplied to the customer site.

Any hydrocarbon-containing waste: tyres, plastics, bitumen, heavy oil, contaminated soil, mudstone etc. can be used as feedstock for processing. The plant is based on the unique pyrolysis technology, implemented in TDP plant, which is successfully used at environmental protection field.

The outputs derived during pyrolysis process are easily converted into high-quality synthetic components at engine oil production assembly: pyrolysis gas, diesel, gas oil, pyrolysis oil and residual oil. All the products are commercial-grade and can be used for other purposes.

The resources shortage and demand in traditional fuel can be prevented by the implementation of presented technology.
